AxleHire is awful, just like all the delivery companies who contract with local drivers to deliver. They can’t compete with the timeliness of UPS, FedEx or the USPS. I will cancel my service with Home Chef if they are not going to use a reliable delivery service. Note: AxleHire never responded to my emails or provided any explanation or apology.
