I found a post on Xfinity email forum regarding IMAP connection from Outlook 365. One user had to uninstall Norton 360. That worked. I turned off Norton VPN which did NOT solve. But then disabled Norton 360 firewall protection for 15 minutes and restarted Outlook. Comcast account added immediately 1st try.
