My options were this, the Spectre Comp, or PMM. In my opinion, this is the best value comp setup for the 365 (Unless PMM is on sale). It's about $120 less than the PMM and more effective than the SC.

The end that goes against the barrel has 2 flats. The flats align vertically with the slide. If rotated 90 deg, it will hang on the front of the FCU. I'm guessing this is what happened.
