It was raining, stormy and our rainforest tour got canceled, so we headed to Buye Beach and then Cabo Rojo. Buye Beach was a little hard to locate but we read more reviews and found we could park outside the gate for free and walk in. It's a nice long beach an there are public restrooms which is rare.
