And maybe their "exhausted" availability is simply their way of saying they have enough orders to meet demand without actually locking down the order banks.
A refused order is just one a dealer can sell retail for 3,5, or even ask $12,000 over MSRP. It will in no way help existing unbuilt /unscheduled orders. Those refused orders also will never be offered to customers such as yourself at msrp who have an order and are waiting due to the broken system Ford corporate allows.
