I haven't looked at them yet, but simply wanted to mention this to you. Right now I'm using Strong because I really like it, but it only syncs to the Health app. JEFit doesn't sync with Strava, but it is by far the best weight lifting log app out there. It does sync with Google fit, as does Strava. Vote 2 for Jefit.
