Loft. The Kranichhof Loft is a spacious, newly built apartment in the converted attic and extension of the old farmhouse. The very large living room with oak parquet has exposed roof beams and a high ceiling and, from the spacious balcony terrace, a view over the courtyard and landscape conservation area towards the sunset. In the large (about 50 square meters) living room there is a three-seater couch, a flat-screen TV, a desk, an antique cupboard, a comfortable leather armchair with footstool, a fireplace, an antique dining table with 6 leather chairs and a Ligne Roset Sofa bed, which is equipped with a topper. The lying area is 160x200 m. There is also an antique chest of drawers. An extra guest toilet is adjacent to the sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen with built-in furniture, large refrigerator, fully automatic coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, kettle and toaster extends from this living room. The bed room with a walk-in shower and bathtub as well as a towel radiator is adjacent to the bedroom. The bedroom also has exposed beams, a large box spring bed, an antique wardrobe, 1 chair and oak parquet. There are radiators inrooms except for the guest toilet. All windows have blinds and are triple-glazed. Please note that pets are only allowed in the following rooms: Loft and Studio Apartment. ;
Studio. The studio consists of 2 rooms, the former old part of the farmhouse. In the first room there is a kitchenette plus microwave, a dining table with two chairs and access to the bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. In the second room there is the 160 m wide double bed, a two-seater couch, an antique wardrobe and a sideboard plus TV. Apartment mit 1 Schlafzimmer. Das Kranichhof Atelier ist ein geräumiges, 69 m² großes Apartment mit offener Einbauküche, freiliegenden Holzbalken, einem hübschen Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett 160×200 cm) und einem Bad mit einer Badewanne sowie einer ebenerdigen Dusche und einer Kammer. Im sehr großen Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein zusätzliches Schlafsofa (140×200 cm). Der große Balkon bietet Ihnen Blick auf das Naturschutzgebiet in der Ferne bei Sonnenuntergang. Ein echter Blickfang sind der antike chinesische Hochzeitsschrank und ausgewählte Fotos der „Verbotenen Stadt“ in Wünsdorf als Wanddekoration. Das Apartment ist mit einem Kamin ausgestattet und in der Küche ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Am Schreibtisch macht das Arbeiten Spaß. Haustiere sind in diesem Apartment nicht gestattet! Auch mit Kleinkindern ist dieses Apartment nicht buchbar.
